Agra Tour
Founded
in the late 15th century, Agra is situated on the banks of the serene Yamuna
River. It was the capital of the Mughals during the 16th and 17th century
and owes its heritage of architectural splendor to that period. The
monuments built during this time are fine examples of contemporary Mughal
architectural style and are rich in carvings. The eternal symbol of love,
the Taj Mahal, is in Agra. It is made of white marble and inlayed with
precious and semi precious stones.
